
Oh my, oh my! This is one of my all-time-favorite meals. Dunk in some crusty french bread until it cools enough to scoop up by the spoonful. Mmmmm-mmm. For the unknowing, consider crawfish to be shrimp's country cousins. (Everything is peeled. It is a little spicy.) I also love that this dish is very reasonably priced. This dish makes Pappadeaux accessible even to those on a college student budget. If you need a little extra something, the Greek salad is a lovely, crunchy counterpart.
