Doug and Lori Horn have taken pizza where few pizzas have gone before. Theirs is the thin-crusted, hand-tossed variety and it uses only the most authentic ingredients used in pizzas made in Naples, including buffalo mozzarella and San Marzano plum tomatoes. I love their four-cheese version (mozzarella, fontina, taleggio, and provolone), but all their pizzas are wonderful. Oh, and Doug's dessert Nutella panino is to die for. Think melted chocolate on buttered toast.
